Engineering First Philosophy
This studio's philosophy is new and places the Engineer at the center, rather than the artistic side, unlike most modern videogame studios. We believe the current trend of poorly optimized games is a direct consequence of this imbalance. Videogames are software, and they must be designed with the same technical rigor as any other software product. Game development is fundamentally smoke and mirrors, and should not attempt to satisfy non-technical expectations at the cost of stability and performance.
For this reason, one of our core pillars is the use of AI and procedural tools to strengthen performance and ensure a stable production pipeline. AI is used to reduce repetitive workflows and streamline production. It is not our intention to use AI to define design or art; for us, AI is simply the primary tool that supports our engineering-driven approach, just as any new tool that emerges in the future will be evaluated and adopted with the same mindset.
We approach game development the way elite sports organizations approach athletic performance: with structure, support, and a focus on sustainable achievement. To support our people, we built an in-house AI system that gives every developer clear visibility into their own working pace, helping the team set realistic milestones and stay on track for successful, on-time delivery. It is one of the most technically innovative tools we operate, built to support our developers, not to pressure them.
Looking ahead, we want to extend this same athlete-first philosophy into employee wellness: personalized, opt-in wellness hardware that can help developers understand their own energy and recovery, working alongside the insight our AI already provides so that workloads can be balanced fairly across the team, rather than left to guesswork. We are only at the beginning of this journey, and we are building a team that will help redefine the future of the videogame industry.

To empower our global team, we own a comprehensive suite of official console devkits in-house. All of our developers have secure, remote access to these devkits, enabling them to seamlessly test, debug, and optimize directly on target hardware from anywhere in the world.
